

Workshop Offerings
All of our workshops are 90 minutes, and can be offered in tandem with, or seperate, from our teacher training programs.
Choreography Creation

Become an aerial "creatrix" in the sky. This versatile workshop includes Conditioning for beautiful and strong technique, transition and movement creation, as well as applying a sequence to different musical tempos and styles. Slow flow, find your sexy, get weird, and more ways of expression will be explored.
Prerequisites: Participants must have an understanding of foundational skills, foot locks, and climbs and must be able to stay in the air for a minimum of 2 minutes.
Studio Business Management & Marketing

Whether you have owned a studio for years, are just getting started, or have dreams to open your own facility - this workshop is customizable and catered to your specific needs and vision. From marketing, web design, SEO, social media presence branding, to scheduling, training, and curriculum design, this workshop will leave you excited for the growth of your business.
Aerial Conditioning

Build your strength and technique from the ground up with this playful, yet challenging workshop. Self care, cross training, flexibility, endurance, core, and upper body will all be approached. See your straddle ups, inversions, climbs, and hip keys improve dramatically from the skills taught in this dynamic and well-rounded workshop.
Prerequisites: Participants must have an understanding of foundational skills, foot locks, hip keys, and climbs .
Fabric Theory:
Master the Facts of Fabulous Fabrication

Explore, drill, and master the alchemy of knots, knee hooks, s wraps, open and closed wraps, pole positioning, and more in this mind bending fabric fun house of a workshop! Explore and create pathways for your own creative creation in the air, and elevate your inner aerial Einstein.
This playful workshop will make your aerial game stronger both mentally and physically. Be sure to bring a recording device as new wraps, moves, and transitions are guaranteed to be created, as well as a deeper understanding of the foundational fabric theory patterns.
This workshop is highly recommended for the blooming aerialist seeking to develop their own aerial artistry, as well as the instructor looking for a deeper dive into the foundations of fabric theory to benefit their own practice, as well as their students.

Sequencing and Shapes:
Crafting Unique Movement in the Air

Dive into shape exploration, establish strong movement foundations, and master the art of crafting sequences. Be prepared to unleash your creativity. This workshop can be adapted to meet the strength/skill level of the studio.
Prerequisites: Participants must have an understanding of foundational skills, foot locks, and climbs and must be able to stay in the air for a minimum of 2 minutes.
Unlocking the Belay

Delve into belay theory and technique. This workshop will explore various belay entries, exits, shapes, and sequences. Learn how to navigate in, out, and within the belay in creative new ways!
Prerequisites: Participants must have an understanding of foundational skills, foot locks, and climbs.
Crossbacks and Climbs, Oh My!

Be efficient in your climbs and make those crossbacks flawless. In this workshop we will clean foundational climbs, explore new climbs and build creative climbing sequences. Participants will dive into Crossback theory and technique. We will examine common crossback entrances with the goal of creating new and unique entrances of our own.
Prerequisites: Participants must have an understanding of foundational skills, foot locks, and climbs. Must be able to execute a straddle invert in the air.
Belay Mastery Unveiled

You've skillfully crafted a belay, but what comes next in your aerial journey? Explore the artistry of building upon your belay foundation with intricate belay sequences, exhilarating drops, and seamless exits!
Prerequisites: Participants must have an understanding of belay, be comfortable with drops and executing a straddle invert in the air. Intermediate/Advanced
