Adult Aerial Silks Teacher Training / 30 hours
Learn the ropes of aerial instruction with our 30 hour in person Adult Aerial Silks Teacher Training. Master the the art of teaching fabric from the ground up, with emphasis on proper warm up, conditioning, cueing, spotting, teaching to various learning styles, intelligent progressions, and curriculum mapping. Training includes 6 months access to Aerial Yoga Girl TV and online classes (over 900 classes and tutorials.)

Pre-Requisites: Must have at least 1 year of consistent aerial practice, and be able to perform hip keys, straddle ups, star drops, and windmills with proper form.
Aerial Yoga Teacher Training / 30 hours
Take your practice to new heights with our thorough aerial yoga teacher training that includes 6 months access to Aerial Yoga Girl TV and online classes (over 900 classes and tutorials) as well as our bestselling Aerial Yoga Manual. Students will learn to incorporate breathwork, energy work, sequencing, and transitioning, as well as cueing, spotting, and leading a meditative practice.

Pre-Requisites: Must have at least 1 year of consistent aerial yoga and yoga practice, and hold at least a 200 hour YTT.
Youth Aerial Teacher Training / 20 hours
Level up your studio's offerings with our Youth Aerial teacher training program. This training covers the fundamentals of teaching youth students on aerial silks, hammock, and trapeze. Cueing, spotting, and safety considerations, along with intelligent program design and curriculum mapping are included.

Pre-Requisites: Must have at least 1 year of consistent aerial practice, and be able to perform hip keys, straddle ups, star drops, and windmills with proper form.
Adult Aerial Hammock Teacher Training / 30 hours
Swing into this beautiful apparatus with our hammock teacher training that offers mastery of warm ups, conditioning drills, spotting, move creation, and choreography creation. Training includes 6 months access to Aerial Yoga Girl TV and online classes (over 900 classes and tutorials.)
Pre-Requisites: Must have at least 1 year of consistent aerial practice, and be able to perform hip keys and basic drops in the hammock. Must hold hollow body for 1 minute, and complete 5 pull ups without assistance.
